Mubasher: Al Fajar Al Alamia said Thursday that Mariam Al Alamia has acquired 20% of the shares of the company, according to a bourse filing.

The company’s issued and paid-in capital stands at OMR 4.93 million, divided into 49.33 million shares at OMR 0.100 each.  

Mariam Al Zawawy rose its major stake to 42.6%, followed by Mona Nour Richy (15.1%), Sultan Special Forces Pension Fund (10.1%), Muna Noor International (8.1%), Salem International Investment Holding (6.31%) and Sindian Forest Investment (6.105%).
